The hotel staff were very friendly, providing informations needed for going around in Barcelona. The room was cleaned everyday! Breakfast was superb and included from full english breakfast to a full on continental! The service is very polite and always there when you need it. We had checked out and we had left behind our camera's memory card in the room.   We stayed for just one night and arrived around 11 in the night. Stayed in 14 bed dorm. There was someone on reception to attend us and show us around and make us feel comfortable. The beds were decent and clean bedding was provided. No towels though. Lockers were good size. Dorm was big and spacious.
