  Sijainti on erinomainen, lähelä metroa ja kävelymatkan (10-15 min) päässä keskustasta. Hotelli oli siisti, rauhallinen ja huone oikein mukava. Meillä kävi hyvä tuuri: Saimme huoneen (5, krs) omalla terassilla! Hotellin oma kahvila oli todella hyvä ja kävimmekin siellä syömässä aamupalaa (Leipä, kahvia ja tuoremehua 3,50€). Also, the subway station is just nearby, i.e. within 3 min. walk down the same street. Very efficient heating system. Excellent receptionist's, room and breakfast service. Rich buffet breakfast with all sorts of food to satisfy any choice. The overall standard is fully equal to 3*** or even a bit above. - Standard of room and reception area were excellent - appeared to be brand new (April 2008). Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to Playa de Major. 5 minutes walk from Puerto de Toledo Metro. Within short walking distance of Palace and Cathedral. Would definitely recommend this hotel in centre of Madrid.

  from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

  It was an excellent location, near the metro and Plaza Mayor. The staff were all very helpful and parking was facilissimo. They were extremely accommodating, providing driving directions in Madrid and other advice. - The breakfast (which was not included) was delicious and plentiful.

  Hotel is very well located, a few steps from Porta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, has very friendly staff and has a very cool decoration in the room and a cool design. Breakfast is just regular is taken is taken in restaurant located 1 min from the Hotel. There's a small market right in front of the hotel what is very convenient. On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants.
