It's not a hotel in conventional way. I like the ambience and all the elegant deco with a home style. Quite and lots of privacy in good location like this is really extrodinary.
Very friendly staff provided good help on the train schedule and wifi in short/late time.
We met the hostress when leaving at the door and she was a nice lady!
Unique experience and strongly recommend to those people interested in culture.

The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

We loved staying in this hostal. The staff is very friendly and helful and rooms look like normal hotel rooms. The accomadations were really great in terms of price/quality. Everything was clean and we had this room facing the street with a little balcony, just great. The location is the best you can have, being 5 minutes way from Plaza Mayor or Puerta del Sol, Mercado de San Miguel, Gran Via, etc. Definetly the place to stay whenever we go to madrid.

Very good located. Near of public transportation (Callao metro station). Near to the moust important sightseeings. On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants. Brilliant location - right in front of the train station, direct to Barajas, at the same time close to all sightseeing, easy walkable distance and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist places.
