  The hotel is very centrally located on Calle Cava Baja, a street lined with good tapas restaurants and bars. It's easily accessible to the metro and attractions. The hotel itself is very modern and the downstairs restaurant and bar was always filled with people. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The staff was friendl - The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!

  Location is super for discovery Madrid. All attractions are within walking distance.Very welcoming and friendly staff. The breakfast was ample and tasty, especially Spanish ham with melon. The hotel is full of old-style, but in a modern deluxe apartments. The rooms are large and comfortable.   Hotel is very well located, a few steps from Porta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, has very friendly staff and has a very cool decoration in the room and a cool design. Gentleman at the front desk very obliging. Very close to hop on hop off, supermercado, correos. Stop over on my way to Leon to start the camino. Unfortunately breakfast is not served until 0800 hrs but i had to leave earlier. Would stay again.
