  The reception staff is great and welcoming, however no bell boy, no welcome drink, unlike many other 4 star hotels. The rooms good sized, clean good sized bathrooms, beds comfy enough, however empty mini freezer, no tea making facility or even empty glasses or water in the room. A little walk walk to the City Centre/Old Town however we found the position excellent as it has excellent access to both Marbella and Puerto Banus. Excellent taxi and bus links. The Spa is terrific and the very large indoor pool is absolutely great...lovely and warm to! Recommend 7th floor views if you can get them.
