  The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave very early in the morning and they booked a taxi for us and made sure it was on time. We greatly appreciated that since we don't speak any Spanish. - the apartment was well equipt

  Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

  We stayed in the 3-bedroom appartement, which was extremely nice. Javier, the owner is extremely helpfull. We could check-in early while the cleaning lady was still busy making up the appartment. Its very big appartement with 3 separate bedrooms and comfortable beds. There are two bathrooms which was very convenient travelling with 6 girls.   The location is great, near metro, main train station (Atocha) and lots of eating places. The outside looks old but the inside is newly renovated. The rooms are big, comfortable, clean and warm. Staff is friendly, helpful and pleasant. Help to arrange taxi after we checked out. - The room i hired was very comfortable. You can find anything you need in the apartment. The staff was friendly and helped us a lot. There are lots of bars, tabernas on the street but it is incredible that you dont hear any noise in the apartment. Also because of this bars, there are lots of people on the street. So when you are coming to your apartment at night, you feel safd because of the crowd. So far i really enjoyed my stay in this apartment.
