Close tho the city center (next to metro station). Just 15 minutes far from the heart of Madrid. Nice and helpful staff, speaking both good English and Italian (specially Pedro and Benvenutto), and nice staff to at the restaurant (Laura, Pacco...) Clean rooms, modern building, elevator - It's really great place to stay. Clean spacious rooms, very close to shops and really nice local restaurants. Hotel is situated on suburbs area but this is not a disadvantage at all. Next to the hotel in the neighborhood you can find asian shop with everything you need. I hope I will back here as soon as it possible:)
