  Realy liked our stay at hostel flores! Especially the location is exelent! Superfriendly staff, very helpfull! The hostel is located on the ramblas just next to the famous market la boquerilla! You can stop by the market for a juice or fresh fruit! The hostel itselve is a very clean, neet hosel. Alsow pretty important during our stay( it was 38degrees) a good airco - We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. First of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful, He helped us with the transportations, the main attractions, And even with recommended restaurants. The hotel is extremely clean and located at the best place in Barcelona. At the middle of Las Ramblas, Just 30 meters away from La Boqueria market, And 50 meters from Liceu metro station. Compare to other hotels near by,It is defiantly value for money.

  It is directly across from La Boqueria on Las Ramblas, tourist central. Steps from the front door is a subway stop, and close to everything else. It could be noisy in the evenings and it has, hands-down, the world's tiniest elevator. Great water pressure in the shower, free wi-fi both big pluses. Our room was really modern and exceptionally clean with a balcony overlooking las ramblas. Excellent value for money, especially as we got one large room for four of us.   Very friendly and responsive staff, great location just off the Ramblas, cash machine outside the door, balcony as promised - a very small one, but this is typical Barcelona style, it was good enough for 2 people to sit and enjoy some cava + jamon serrano in the wee hours... Also they let us into the room two hours early (at noon) when we arrived, and let us keep our suitcases (locked with chains) during a few hour - Location is great, just off the Ramblas between Liceu Opera House and the Boqueria Market with a metro stop (line 3) 1 minutes walk from the front door. Close to the Gothic Quarter, lots of eating places and shops. A great bakery a couple of doors down. Staff were friendly and helpful. Simple room (single bed with shower) but clean and quiet. Room facilities including a hair dryer and air con/heating unit which worked. Computer in common room with free wi-fi. Would stay here again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful,our double room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with en suite including wall hair dryer and the option to have towels changed daily or to re-use. Breakfast was fine but the coffee was machine coffee, however the dining area leads on to the public restaurant/c - The location was wonderful. Had very close access to everything we wanted to do and see. You could have an inexpensive quick meal or sit down for a more elegant dining experience and all within a two minute walk. The staff was wonderfully helpful and competent. Santiago was a tremendous help to me when I was have some trouble with my airline. Everything is easily within walking distance. All in all it was a great location. We did have a room that did not face the street so we slept comfortably

  Hotel Fornos biggest advantage is the l-o-c-a-t-i-o-N. Situtated 10 M. from the Rambla and 10 M. from the clasy and cool Plaza Real I wouldn't swith Fornos for another hotel. The interior of the room is a bit old, looks like from the 80's or so but who cares as long as you are in the middle of the action. Breakfast reasonably good. Overall, I think that we got our money worth.

  The staff members went beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion to accommodate us and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Facilities are basic however for the money you would be hard pushed to find somewhere as good as this place. I saw reviews criticizing the wi-fi but I had a strong connection all holiday. We stayed in a double en-suite room and although basic, it was immaculatly clean, with beds made up each day and clean towels every 2 days. The bed was extreamly comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water in the shower. Great place to stay if you want a cheap holiday. ps. felt ver
