We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments with my elderly parents and two children. The location was superb, a few blocks from the Passeig de Gracia, many local restaurants nearby as well as stores and a very cool local market/grocery store. When we arrived we were given an in/out pass for a nearby underground parking lot (45E for 4 days approx.) Great location and walking distance to popular tourist attractions like
sagrada familia, passeing gracia, and la rambla. 4 adults in a 2 bedroom
and 2 bathroom apt made our stay week long stay comfortable. Apt unit
had a/c and heat which was nice. Having a full kitchen helped our
budget by eating in breakfast and sometimes lunch or dinner. Having a
working lift made staying in the top floor a must. Beautiful views of
calle Valencia from our balcony.

Location was fantastic and we were parents traveling with adult children. Very spacious with a lovely decor and ambience. Well appointed with full kitchen and laundry facilities plus en suites for both bedrooms. After a full day out it was lovely to come back to such comfort and spend the evening in. Greet and meet service plus a bonus was being able to arrange a late checkout and transport to the airport. A must in Barcelona

These apartments have a lot of space which allowed everyone to have their own rooms.
They were equipped with everything you could need except toothpaste. The bathroom came with towels, shower gel and toilet paper.
It was very easy to find and near kfc, burger king and McDonald's so if you didn't want to cook you had those choices.
A small shop is opposite and is open until late for basic groceries and a larger one is a few minutes away.
The beach is a ten minute bus ride and easy to find.
