  Rooms are built within an appartement building giving you the feeling of having your own city loft. We had room 4 with a spacious patio overlooking the university building. Beautiful combination of old tile floors with authentic design. The area surroundin - Very warm welcome from Carlos which continued throughout our stay-couldnt have been more helpful. Wonderful bed and best sleep I've had for ages in hotel room (travel a lot with work). Great large shower- rain effect and seperate hand held.   The hotel is an absolute gem tucked just steps away from Las Ramblas. I loved the decor- upscale, unique, very elegant, yet simple and almost rustic at the same time. This is definitely not your typical cookie cutter hotel. I spend a lot of time combing thru web sites to find the perfect hotel and this place exceeded my expectations. The staff - This hotel is among the best hotels we visited.! Honestly there was nothing wrong with it. Upon arrival we were faced with a lovely smiling receptionist, the design of the hotel is amazing! A 3* hotel worth for 4* at least! The room was sparkling clean everyday, comfortable bed, ac with cold and hot air flow, young and really helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is in the heart of the city and honestly you pay less but get much more for what you paid! Excellent! Would definitelly go back to B
