  Very new and modern. Very clean and beautifully designed. Lovely reception and ground floor area. Fantastic location, very central. Nice spacious bedrooms with safe deposit box, lovely bathrooms and great, powerful showers, and very efiicient air conditioning.   They were excellent and very proffessional in every way. The apartment was in a very very excellent place and it was so easy to access the best places to see in barcelona... the staff was very efficient in evey way and even made arrangements for us giving us the right information for any of our queries and arranging taxis etc for us. Its spacious and looks brand new, comfie beds, fully self catering, excellent air conditioning in apt 1812, appears secure and quiet inside, even if on a busy street but its the longest shopping street in Europe. Close to the Tourist Bus and 1 min walk to the metro, 4 stops from Las Ramblas C

  One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in on a city break in another country. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Our family room consisted of two double rooms with interconnecting doors and most impressive bathrooms and both very clean. The minibar was stocked with bottles of complimentary water.   This is really the perfect accommodation for a stay in Barcelona. The apartment is in perfect condition and fully equipped. The Owner Albert Guasch i Vallcorba and his assistant Nadia did their best to make our stay comfortable and joyful.
