  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

  The spacious, comfortable apartment was one of the highlights of an excellent trip to Barcelona. It was located just five minutes from the Diagonal metro in a lovely neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped and the sunroom an unexpected bonus. The staff was friendly and incredibly responsive. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without. No complaints here though. - Everything was excellent; the club rooms are definitely worth the money. The staff is really helpful and extremely nice. Rooms are cleaned twice a day and the food in the lounge is of the highest quality and amazing taste!! That was my best valentine’s weekend!

The TV and some electronic equipment is Bang and Olufsen!!! Everything was very good. Highly recommend. - Good location in half way of the airport and the downtown. Nicel, clean and modern.
