First this was fantastic advice and next we arrived and we cannot express our delight, gratitude and pleasure with the kindness and comfort we received.   We enjoyed our stay at Hostal San Vicente so much that we stayed extra days in Sevilla! The friendly young couple that runs the hostal were accomodating and helpful. They were always eager to assist us in any way they could. We were at first in a room with three beds and when another double with a large balcony opened, they moved us there. The bathroom was clean, efficient, with a nice compact shower - no water spilling onto the floor as happened in other hotels.   Crazily I booked the gorgeous rooftop apartment in the middle of July. After a couple of hours in the apartment we had to request a move - just too hot for us after arriving from the Melbourne winter. The staff were so understanding and accommodating. We were moved to an apartment on a lower floor and could not have been happier. The apartment was... mitä ihmiset sanovat » just as beautiful, comfortable, and thankfully cooler. The plaza the apartment is situated in is very nice, quiet and conveniently close to the Alca - The apartments are extremely good and real value for money. Maria who welcomed us was extremely friendly and very customer friendly too. We were pleasantly surprised by the Nespresso machine in the apartment too. The location is superb in the Santa Cruz area, literally just behind the cathedral. You can walk everything and you have the best tapas restaurants around the corner. These apartments are really to be recommended and so is Sevilla in general.
