  The reception staff is great and welcoming, however no bell boy, no welcome drink, unlike many other 4 star hotels. The rooms good sized, clean good sized bathrooms, beds comfy enough, however empty mini freezer, no tea making facility or even empty glasses or water in the room. Over all a 4 star building with 2 star services but then we paid for a 2 star as got a dea - Very professional set-up - quality accommodation with high standards of cleanliness and service. A little walk walk to the City Centre/Old Town however we found the position excellent as it has excellent access to both Marbella and Puerto Banus. Excellent taxi and bus links. The Spa is terrific and the very large indoor pool is absolutely great...lovely and warm to! Recommend 7th floor views if you can get them. Perhaps better suited to adults young and elder rather than to families with childr

  Our room was very modern and comtemporary, and was cleaned to a high standard. The pool area was fantastic, with a free kids club which was great for our daughter, and gave us some quality 'us' time, which was most welcome.
