  Excellent location close to the city center and major attractions, about 20 minutes of walking to Placa de Catalunya or 3 minutes by metro ( red line metro station Marina is close by). Very attentive and friendly staff, helps with all the major questions.   The room was minimalistic (in the design sense) and very nice. It also was very clean.   The hotel is in a quiet street so there's no problem getting to sleep at night or having a lie in in the morning. We took a superior room so we had a small outdoor conservatory that was simply luxurious and the high-tech shower for two was great. Impec - We were happily surprised. It is a low profile hotel. No grand entrance, but home like. The room was spacious, clean, newly styled, comfortable with a wonderful balcony view of the city. The hotel is about a block away from a beautiful archway and walkway, not covered on the bus tours. The neigherhood is safe and there is life going on up until 2:00 a.m., but it does not disturb the guests. We loved it. This hotel can accomodate those with who walk with a cane/walker. They gave us a map of the town with the most popular monuments and they adviced us for everything that we asked. There is a lift. Very safe streets

It's within walking distance from Catalunya square (where a bus runs from the airport every 10-20 minutes for only about 6 euro a person) and the staff are beyond excellent.
