  Susan is possibly the nicest woman in Barcelona. She was very kind and made sure our stay was perfect. When I informed her that my shorts that had the extra set of keys was stolen at the beach, she was very understanding and told me that there would be no extra charge.   Great location around the corner from metro. Our room was not reay at 14.00, so they upgraded us to a fantastic suite. Friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast. Hotel is a in walk from the llacuna metro stop and it's about 10mins into las ramblas! The area itself is lovely right on la rambla poblenou which is full of bars and restaurants and leads down to the sea front from there it's a stroll to the Olympic port which has more bar clubs and restaurants we loved our stay and the location.   The hotel is situated just 5 minutes from the beach and the metro. The stop of Bus Turistic is just on the next street. There are many small food shops not far from the hotel. The view from the windows is great (even if you live on the 3rd floor). The stuff was great! Very helpful!
