The location is perfect to visit Toledo because it is right next to the walk up to the city plaza.
The hotel is family owned - twin sons, and they were very helpful with directions and with information.

Visiting a well known place can seem like a bit of a lottery -
particularly when staying in a hostal. None of the usual concerns
applied. The owners , Gemma and Michael

efficient, always on hand to answer questions, provide maps or advice
on where to visit, eat etc. The location is great - central, but easy
to find, with parking close by (yes expensive but Michael is right -
Toledo is not made for cars, and knowing you are safely parked is worth
it) The instructions -
The room, though small, is decorated in very good taste and is quite
comfortable, very clean and very well-located. The room is also
charming, with a Spanish style balcony, and air-conditioned. The
proprietor is a lovely, gracious man who makes it his business to make
you feel at home. All the advice he gave us about what to see in
Toledo, the deals available to tourists, the best restaurants--- was
spot on. I was traveling with my teenage son, but would definitely
return with my husband.
