It was very convenient to drive to the Alhambra (5-10 min drive) and city bus number 4(catch it around the corner and across the street) was very convenient to go into the city of Granada. The free internet service was appreciated. - Incredibly good and helpful staff, outstanding cleanliness, all facilities from the internet to the swimming pool were great. Easy access to town centre and Alhambra on number 4 bus. Taxis also very reasonable. Bar food in hotel very good. The Abades Nevada Palace is a fantastic hotel and we had a great week. Thank you!

  Hyvä sijainti - Excellent: good sized appartments for family of 4 - good ammenities, air conditioning, balconies. A peaceful and an interesting part of the city to stay in - it was really good to see a 'slice' of Spanish life pass by.   The receptionist Yousaf impresses with his warm, caring & friendly attitude. The hostel is placed nicely in between the city center & Al-hamra palace. Walking around & through the jungle is a fun. The people are nice. They allowed me extra 3 hours for check out.   The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. A requested room change was done with no drama and they assisted with some business issues I was having at the time. I really cannot thank them enough. You are in a nice part of Granada not too busy but near a bus stop that takes you straight to the Alhambra. - We liked the design of the hotel. Very friendly at reception, day and nice. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.
