Tyylikäs Eurostars Gran Via sijaitsee 1800-luvun rakennuksessa Gran Via de Colon -kadulla Granadan keskustassa. Sen spa-tilassa on turkkilainen sauna sekä hierontahuoneita, ja saatavilla on erilaisia hoitoja. Kaikissa tiloissa on käytettävissä ilmainen WiFi. Tilavissa huoneissa on moderni sisustus ja oma suuri kylpyhuone. Niissä on myös ilmastointi. Eurostars Gran Via sijaitsee vain 100 metrin päässä Granadan katedraalista ja alle 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kuuluisasta Albaicinista, joka on Unescon maailmanperintökohde. Granadan lentokentälle on noin 15 km:n matka.

The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing as it is in the main street and within walking distance of the Cathedral and other city attractions. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop.

Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive. Sure you could argue that Fontecruz in reality is more like a very fine 4 star-hotel. Be that as it may, the hotel is an excellent choice for its central location, super friendly and helpful staff, and clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. I'd highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Granada. A wonderful location in the city center within easy access of restaurants, bars and shopping. The public car park across the street also served us well with a reduced tariff. We were lucky enough to have been given a top floor room with views of the Alhambra and Cathedral. Everything was excellent; the location was brilliant, the hotel was just as i would expect and the staff were great individuals, very kind and helpful. I loved my week in Granada and look forward to revisiting; all in all; very, very good!. The hotel was very attractive inside without being ostentatious. The bar at the top of the hotel was very good and the staff particularly in the bar were very hospitable and considerate. What a great range of gins!. Fantastic location - especially when Granada is a hilly city, it's much more convenient to stay on Gran Via de Colon. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel staff were excellent especially Martin and Edwardo who really did all they could for us. close to the main road and really nice designs and service , i used the SPA and i loved it , so refreshing and enjoyable. The only disappointing thing was that the restaurant was not open on the night we were there but was very interesting to see at breakfast as it is full of pop and rock & roll memorabilia - guitars, photos etc. Plenty of choice of food for a very good breakfast. Can't think of anything. Not applicable. Provide semi skimmed milk for breakfast cereals. No dislikes. If you're going out there to sun bathe you're probably better off sticking to the coast line as this inland city isn't what you'd call a sun bathers paradise although very hot. there is no door for the bathroom. The shower was a bit small. The price of the breakfast (optional). The smell of some locations nearby. Bathroom needs an update. Shower leaks and mould in places. just breakfast was poor. Nothing. Nearby parking was nerve wracking to drive through with very tight turns for each floor. Great value for your money, but definitely not a 5 stars hotel. Open plan bathroom to bedroom layout (deliberately missing door). Rooms out to street are a bit noisy at times but not too bad. Design of room and bathroom was awkward. lack of catering facilities. Strang room layout - single space even for watercloset. The first night at room 304; this room has a large mold stain on the ceiling. Also, the windows cannot close properly, which leads to a very noisy experience. Bathroom does not have a door: lack of privacy. Room kind of small for a 5 stars hotel. All in all Fontecruz is a nice 4 stars hotel but by no means a 5. Open washroom, smell of the toilet. Noise coming from the streets in the early hours 1am till 6am woken by shouting etc It's more of a 3* hotel definitely not 5* 12e for a vodka & coke is a bit steep!!. bar closed at 23.00 to residents, bathroom fittings loose, blind in room broken, 5 star rating optimistic. We were right at the front of hotel and the road was rely noisy all night. Breakfast is bad.Some room smelled damp and mouldy. Difficult access in busy traffic. Breakfast somewhat limited in range. Expensive parking in a commercial park nearby. Bathrooms without doors Not enough staff Spa not working Making us wait Wifi slow and difficult to connect Too much money for no service. Found staff rude and unhelpful worse hotel ever booked with you also our first language is Spanish!! Feel was overpriced and breakfast was also discussing overall feel quite cheated out of 150euros as had parking to pay as well.
