  The staff is very friendly and you really have the feeling that they are there to take care of you. The hotel is a very good and the rooms are great.   We were a familiy of five and was very satisfied with the four days we spent in Esperanza Mar. Perfect for families with big pool, nice gardens and of course very convienent with all inclusive! Apartment was very nice. Food was good and there were new courses prepeard by a chef every day. Childrens buffet ok.   Loved the staff and the breakfast was utterly fab, could not fault it. Room was reasonably sized, with good air-con and nice bathroom with separate shower. Room cleaned to very big standard every day. Complete with beach towels and bath robes. For the price, it was a snip. Would definitely return for long weekend in Mallorca. Not disturbing you, the staff made you feel really comfortable and completely attended. Every small detail was attended. High standard in everything.   We stayed at this hotel for a 10 days. This is a beautiful apartmenrts with the most wonderful staff that we have ever encountered at a hotel! The owner with his wife are very positive, willing people. They are communicative and always happy to help. It was very pleasant to have a deal with them. The parking near apartments is free which is also im - A great people managing this place, very friendly, it doesn't take you more than one day to feel you are at home, grill, start using the kitchen downstairs, simply you feel home, not forgetting the lovely dogs Chiska and Tito, when adds a great time for children. You must try the massage there, it is excellent very relaxing, also one can do other facial treatments if wanted. Thank you dear Juan and Christina. I would go there again for sure.
