Excellent staff. The hotel is on the road between the Alhambra and the city centre, but good bus service meant that wasn't a problem. - It's a simple, nice, family run 1 star hotel. The owner is an older gentleman and very delightful! We went to Granada as most people do to see the Alhambra. From the hotel we took the #9 bus connecting with the #30 and were there in less than 30 minutes without having to deal with traffic or parking. Round trip for 2 was <10€. Would highly recommend. Located in residential area on a hill facing town, with territoial long view of Granada sunset from private deck. I arrived by car, used on street parking. Did not try the breakfast or drink service, just brought groceries for picnic dinner on the balcony. Very pleasant, quiet, restful.

The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful and gave us lots of advice. The hotel was very clean and cleaned daily and the toiletries were replenished daily as well. Finding parking around the hotel is very easy and it is safe and free to leave your car, the bus is very close to the hotel. -
