  The profeesionalism. Everything was to the highest standard. Nothing was too much trouble and they payed particular notice of our request for parking and disabled access. We had an emergency as I was unable to get out of the indoor pool - the staff were wonderful and made an embarrassing situation better ( and made me laught!!!!) The hotel was... mitä ihmiset sanovat » so good we returned to it on our way back. - Hotel staff were very friendly. Location was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Meals were great value especially the evening meal - compliments to the chef!
