The location, 10 minutes walk to beach. We booked a double room, to say it was small would be an understatement, it had a steel door!!! It cost us an extra €100 to get a bigger apartment. No towels provided, broken sun loungers, weeds overgrown, dirty cutlery, although I emailed the management I received no reply and had no idea where to get my key, an irate lady (after the expense of a phone call)told me I should have called to the office, but I had no address of her office, never again!!!.
