The hotel is nice and clean, very central, a bit old style one would say, but I enjoyed the atmosphere. Big room (our had a nice terrace facing the back yard) and very fair sized bathroom with a great water pressure which I really enjoyed! The best part of the experience is the staff: so kind, smiley and helpful despite being quite busy, we needed an iron to press our clothes and had it in no time. I want to mention the young reception guy and the night receptionist whom made me feeling so welc.
kaikki arvostelut » The hotel is located near the beach (200m). It has nice lobby, bar, billiard room, terrace with fountain and smaller pool. Rooms are being cleaned every day. Hotel restaurant offers meals in buffet style. The food is multifarious and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is really awesome. Great and very helpful personel (English speakers on every shift). It is near to the beach and the hotel has also a very nice small swimming pool and billard table. Very clean, good breakfasts, nice rooms with balconies. I hardly recommend!. Excellent staff - on departure day we'd lost one of our belongings in the hotel and they took care to seek for it, eventually find and send it to our home address by post. Outstanding customer care - thank you. 1St is the restaurant is good, its much better than in Haromar. Reception manager is friendly. Location in old city, much shops, also product shop. The location was very good for me: beaches, train station, a big park, old part of the city with a cathedral, shops and cafes were very close. Very tasty food, clean, cozy rooms, good location, helpful staff, free wi-fi for the first 30 minutes every day :). Great location, good value for money, very friendly and helpful staff, variuos menu. Location in the very center of the village, at the pedestrian streets. Two steps from the beach. I couldn't find the "Do not disturb" sign to hang out of the door so for two days I've been awakened by the cleaning lady trying to enter the room at 9:30am. Asking for a sign at the reception might avoid you this inconvenience. Walls between rooms are kind of thin so the room can be a bit noisy, especially in the morning - no probs if you are an early bird though. Wi-Fi wasn't working so well in the room, better in the hotel hall. Room could be a bit bigger. assigned rooms were not fully confortable, though it is understood there are other more confortable rooms but these were not available as the hotel was fully booked. No internet (pay 1.5euro for 1 hour, or internet cabin). Number need a repair. I think no internet like highspeed in calella (may be in Spain hotels). Such in haromar there 3kbit/sec (!!!). No sound proof in the rooms. Small swimming pool but it's not a big problem if U can go to the beautiful beach near to hotel ;). Poor sound proofing. - the first hotel in the city and quite old looking. Alot of noisy tourists from Russia. dirty. hotel did not do repairs for 5 years. I have the impression that the hotel has lost its former glory. Top floor is beneath air conditioning system, so the noise into the rooms is continous. You can't sleep. Doors seemed made of paper. More noise. Food... ...oh my God!!.
