  The location was superb, next to Cala D'or where there is plenty for everyone, this is only a 10 minute walk away. Cala Esmeralda is quaint a beautiful small beach within a cove, water crystal clear.   A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... mitä ihmiset sanovat » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

  The service when we arrived was fantastic! We were half board but toolate for dinner and were provided with a picnic. The rooms andsurrounding areas were clean and at a high standard. There was nofighting for sun loungers due to the 4 pools on the resort.   Everything was perfect from the bed to the breakfast. The beach location was perfect. The breakfast was perfect. The staff were excellent nothing to much trouble. The pool bar service was brilliant etc. - The lesson of Spanish. The location.

  Good clean hotel with spacious rooms and large balconies. Although we didn't use them ourselves the childrens entertainment team appeared excellent. Good location. Was worth what we paid. Was an issue with sunbeds initially as everyone queues and holds their spot first thing. This did improve throughout the week.
