  This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. The beach whilst small is quaint and the bathing area safe for young children. You don't have to swim out far to see lots of - I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas. The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful. But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

  The service when we arrived was fantastic! We were half board but toolate for dinner and were provided with a picnic. The rooms andsurrounding areas were clean and at a high standard. There was nofighting for sun loungers due to the 4 pools on the resort.   I can honestly say that this stay was one of the best in my life - and I travel a lot! From the very first moment after we arrived to Es Ravells D´Or we felt comfortable, staff was very kind and helpful - the receptionist(the best ever!!!:)))) gave us apartmant even though we paid for studio, he was always smiling and talking to us every day. Cleaning lady w - The location is very convenient. Good size apartment, fully equipped.   Very clean nicely maintained gardens and communal areas. We had apartment on third floor overlooking sea, very spacious with a good range of kitchen equipment and huge balcony. They have signs saying "silence as respect to other guests" and this appeared to work as we didn't hear any noise. Breakfast was good and was usual buffet style with real bacon, we didn't eat there at night but prices and - We have stayed in Cala D'Or Playa from 20 to 27th June. The location, facilities, cleanliness, staff are absolutely brilliant. We had a half board basis, food was delicious, good selection for breakfast, evening meals were amazing - huge variety each night, everything always fresh and hot. Entertainment team is great as well, there's plenty of things to do for the kids, different show every evening.
