Charming, well run hotel in a good position next to the old city walls. The restaurant was excellent, food very good and staff and service exemplary, efficient yet friendly. - Location in Cáceres is exceptional in a charming square. Parking available for clients at the entrance and free. All common rooms really nice.

The apartment we stayed in La Plazuela was unique and we really enjoyed the decoration of the house and the spa bath (not a hot tub). It is located really close to the main square so an ideal location to explore the old town. The hotel was in an excellent location on the Plaza Mayor. Very close to the monuments, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the bus station - very manageable. I had a room that faced the street with a nice balcony - a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday night but that is to be expected. The staff was extremely nice

This hotel is a gem (as long as you don't mind carrying your luggage upstairs). Beautifully decorated and furnished room, walls throughout the hotel covered with original paintings and tapestries, countless articles of historical interest displayed. It's more like a museum than a hotel. One minute's walk from the historic centre and 5 minutes walk from the car park.
