the hotel was perfectly clean with a pleasant atmosphere.it is well situated for the beach shops and places to eat &drink.but not at all noisy.the use of the hotel across the road for pool ,restaurant etc is ideal.reception staff were very helpful when I had a problem with the airport transfers I had booked [not through them may I add].I would definitely recommend the rosabel to anyone.thankyou rosabel.

The room and bathroom were excellent, very clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. The main shops and bars just 5 minutes. Definately would return there again. This was a good, clean hotel for budget conscious travellers. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were on the small side but very clean and equpped with air-con/heating and when in Benidorm you do not spend much time in the room. The use of the facilities at the next door hotel (pool, restaurant, etc.) makes this a 3 star hotel at 1 star prices. The hotel has very nice rooms, and although they don't have a seaside view the street view was also beautiful. Because it's part of a hotel chain, one may swin at the pool from the nearby hotel, for free. And also enjoy the jacuzzi. the beach was relatively close, no more than 7-8 minutes walk. The hotel was situated in an area close to the beach yet surrounded by Spanish cafes and shops which offer better value for money than those geared up for the tourist market. Parking in Benidorm is a nightmare. Blue zone fines at 90 euro for over stays and free parking almost imposable to find. The hotel walls are very thin and every noise from other rooms, etc. can be a problem. A fridge in the room would be very welcome. No parking included. Nothing to dislike the hotel suited our needs. nothing at all. only thing i could find fault with was lack of a kettle etc, could not make a cup of tea if we fancied one in our room,other than that absolutely nothing to moan about. Parking was murder. Breakfast could be better. breakfast, uncomfortable pillows. Staff struggle a little with English language but they do their best. broken mirror noisy. My friends thought they should have 2 pillows on the beds. No fridge in room.
