The location was excellent, so close to the Cathedral. The staff were very welcoming and efficient; the room was very comfortable, large and tastefully decorated. We would happily stay there again.

Amazing hotel...next to Catedral...5 minutes to metro station, quiet room with giant king-size bed...we had o room with private terrace - I enjoyed it...never forget, thank you
The staff were extremely helpful, above and beyond what is expected of them! The bell boy was also extremely helpful. All the staff were so polite and always greeted us as we entered every day/night and also every morning. They gave us great directions to where we needed to go as well as recommended places to eat. The rooms were beautiful and the housekeeping staff did a great job as well. I will definitely recommend your hotel to anyone traveling to Barcelona. The location is also fantastic.

Staff very friendly and helpful, Alex & Carlos are amazing and the most helpful & friendly staff I've ever dealt with, all of their recommendations for restaurants, places to visit were spot on and we had an amazing time, even got us tickets for Flamenco show. Good free wifi. Location is excellent for getting to all parts of the city.

The staff helped us with local transportations and even got us tickets for Park Guell. The location was perfect just around the corner from the Barcelona Cathedral. We were given an extremely quiet room which was much appreciated after our long flight from the states.
There could have been a night light but that is such a minor issue.

The location of this classy hotel was excellent, close to La Rambla (but far enough away !). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size for Europe, and it was a bonus having access to the rooftop pool. We only meals we ate at the hotel were breakfasts, but there was a good variety of hot and cold options, although a little pricey at EUR19

Overpriced. during my trip I stayed at 3 hotels in total - Barcelona Hilton, Montecarlo, and this one. This one stands at as overpriced by about 75 EU per day in comparison. Also, it advertises itself online as the only hotel on the Cathedral square. This is a lie x 2. First, it is not directly on the square but around a corner and a block away. no view of the Cathedral. Second, there is a 4 star hotel right on the square across from the cathedral that appeared very nice.

We had a short 2 night stay. The rooms are stunning -so quiet and beautifully decorated. I loved the lay out of the hotel. Breakfasts were a feast - so many different options. Staff are very helpful and friendly and rooms are spotless. Will stay there again for sure.

Only issue I had was that they put us in a room where the air conditioner didn't work. They knew it was a problem since they said they have been having issues with it, but they put us there anyway! They did move us to a bigger room the next morning, but that was a sleepless night (we were there early August)!

Unfortunately we were put off the swim pool as it had quite a bit of long hair floating around. Pool area didn't have enough reclining chairs or area to sit.

This was exactly what we were looking for, a clean, comfortable hotel in a wonderful area. The location was perfect - it was a very easy walk to the Mediterranean Sea and to La Rambla. The Barcelona Cathedral is right around the corner and lots of restaurants and shopping.
Location, for sure is a plus !!! Very nive decorated - everything looks new. Very good toillet with bath - very clean. Very good internet conecction !
Breakfast very expensive, but you can have it next door for half price, since there are dozen of bars around.
The staff was very good. The room was perfect. The sound isolation was perfect. Although looking out over a busy shopping street in the middle of town no noise!
