The staff were helpful and informative, the food in both the cafeteria and the restaurant were faultless and our room was spotlessly clean. Every thing has been perfect!! Fantastic Hotel!! You are you just opposite the congress palace, metro line are near the hotel ( "Beniferri" 4 minutes by foot and "Palao de congressos" only 2 minutes!). Rooms were spacious, clean, well appointed. Facilities like pool, sauna, gym were clean, tidy and well maintained. Hotel restaurant had a good menu. Had a garage or if full, parking could be found on street if you perservered. One staff, Nacho, spoke 5 languages. - Everything. A lovely hotel and superb value.
