The staff were helpful and informative, the food in both the cafeteria and the restaurant were faultless and our room was spotlessly clean. You are you just opposite the congress palace, metro line are near the hotel ( "Beniferri" 4 minutes by foot and "Palao de congressos" only 2 minutes!).   We liked everything at the hotel. It is really nice and clean - The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning! Nice, spacious, lovely hot shower..! Well informed staff, very good!
