Staff were really helpful and even provided us with a room, free of charge, so we could shower before we left (as we had a late check out). Good location, within easy walking distance of local bars and restaurants. Would certainly recommend to others.

Had a fine big room/apt overlooking pool. Just a short drive from the airport. Nice staff and well kept. Enjoyed dinner buffet.Good spot if you have a car, however parking on street must be hard to get in high season as was difficult enough finding space in Jan and hotel charge for their parking. Very welcoming reception and smooth transfer to bungalow. The accommodation was a very high standard and overlooked the ocean. Very good kitchen and local supermarkets quite reasonably priced. We found the pool a bit cool for the first few days but this was mostly the effect of the wind, it warmed up later. The area was great for my husband who is a bird watcher and he saw quite a lot locally. Very good for walking also, the kids did the crater walk.

This place is a gem. The hotel is very attractive and very well maintained. The staff do their best to make everything perfect. We really enjoyed the patio, the breakfast area outside, and the spa pool in the underground cave which was truly wonderful. Everything is kept very clean in the rooms and outside and I can strongly recommend the place to anyone wanting to visit the southern part of Tenerife or Teide while still staying away from the crowds of nearby beach locations.

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool
