  They made sure there was someone to let us in even at 11:30 in the night.... also let us stay a bit more as they had no other guests at that time..the staff was extra friendly and we had a good chat.   This is really the perfect accommodation for a stay in Barcelona. The apartment is in perfect condition and fully equipped. The Owner Albert Guasch i Vallcorba and his assistant Nadia did their best to make our stay comfortable and joyful.   I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. The space within the apartment 2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived 3. Having 2 showers was really useful 4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!
