The owners were so helpful...going out of there way to be accomodating.The hostel was very clean and there was parking. It was very convenient to the airport. - Always use their shuttle service from the Madrid airport. Taxy can charge a lot! Very friendly staff, great choice if you have to stay close to the airport.

It was close to the metro and the IFEMA Convention Center where I was attending a meeting. The staff were friendly and the price very good compared to other options available in Madrid. Nice staff. Hotel in a residential neighborhood near the Madrid airport
so not many tourist attractions but gave you a feel for non tourist city
life. Metro stop Barajas near by but the streets aren't marked well
so it was a bit tough to find by walking from the Metro. Good value
though we did get a discounted rate on letsbookhotel.com. -

After missing my transatlantic flight, I booked a room at the Best Western and the staff was so accomodating. The continental breakfast was delicious and it's really close to the airport, with a free shuttle service. We liked the design of the rooms and its cleanliness, the late night cafe and the buffet breakfast service. Check-in service was very efficient and staff very helpfull. - The apartment was great. Elena on reception was very helpful. I would not hesisate to recommend this hotel it was very cheap for the size and facalities on offer.
