  The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers.   Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. Food was of top quality. Entertainment was provided every night but was not to our taste but we did appreciate its provision.   Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

  Excellent value for money, their staff were very friendly and polite, basic and simple, only 5 min walk from the beach and none of the noise from Puerto del Carmen nightlife (which is an extra bonus if you travel with young kids) - it was near the airport and about a ten minute walk into the main town, it was nice and quiet, rooms were fine, nice... mitä ihmiset sanovat » pool area, basic but that's all we expected, all in all a good all round inexpensive place to stay

The pool loungers were very comfortable, pool area very clean and blissfully peacefull- no kids.   The house was beautiful & loved by it's owner who lived next door . The location was also good though a car is needed as its quite a walk to the bus stop & buses aren't as frequent as they could be. The house is in the wine growing region & has lovely views, lovely atmosphere . Great place to stay. Thank you.
