  We turned up from the airport at 21.50 and were made very welcome, and was able to have a buffet meal as they were serving until 10.30pm, the dinningroom staff made us very welcome. - only one night no real problems. food ok

  The hotel was shut. We had no advance notice. We arrived and it was closed, no staff present all locked up. I was not able to read the spanish note on the gate. Luckily the taxi driver remained and helped. He read the notice and drove me to the sister hotel, Cabogata Garden and they were expecting me. A real effort had been made to combine tradtional architecture with modern comfort and contemporary design. - Location in a lovely largely pedestrian square. Our room was very theatrical double height felt Errol Flynn would enter swashbuckling at ant minute.
