  Prices were really good to stay there...breakfast included in the rate, and tea and cake in the afternoon. Lovely spacious bedroom with a magnificent view of Table Mountain. Central.   We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The stuff was really helpful and very pleasant, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and very spacious. The hotel is situated right in the city centre, just 2-minute walk from Long Street. Also, the hotel arranges airport transfers and the guy who was - The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.
