The location is very handy if you arrive in Joh'burg early in the morning and want to visit Pretoria. It is easy to reach from the N1. The rooms are pleasant and super clean. Each room has its own little terrace and right now i'm sitting here with the view on the pool. The linen is very soft and the beds are of high quality. The staff is extremely friendly and the owner Gunther has been most helpful, even borrowing his Garmin to find our way in the city. So, we will be back.

Enjoyed an evening at Lynbridge Mall (show at Atterbury Theatre and dinner at Stephanie's). You will see us again!. The owner and the staff were kind. The location is excellent, in a quiet area very close to the big "Menlyn Park" Mall. Well placed, secure parking, helpfull staff, owner came to meet and greet, personal service. Basic breakfast was good. The hospitality and the friendly staff. The atmosphere had a really nice chilled vibe and I would definately go back. it was a safe and secure environment. very comfortable and near to a huge mall for shopping, food and entertainment. That is a peaceful and relaxed environment with friendly staff and a pleasure to stay at and would do so again. Quite nice, nice pool that we did not try (it's winter), close to a shopping mall and restaurants. It's conveniently situated near places we wanted to visit. Food was nice. Wi-Fi great. very friendly staff Lapa to relax and have a beer Swimmingpool Breakfast Wifi free. Comfortable room, fresh linen, friendly staff, good breakfast. Overall great value. The quiet sorrounding,breakfastthat is up to standard.my door opened to the outside I need not disturb other visitors. Nothing. Room a bit small, not too bad. Everything was perfect, no complains. There was nothing to complain about it was too class establishment. Quite a ride from the center Pretoria. We had to ask for towels which should have been standard in a room. The security door was not able to lock although there was an outside door to lock. The dining room could have been a bit neater. Towels were clean but didn't smell fresh. probably not dried properly. No soap in the dispenser in the shower. On my last day I did not shower properly because water was dripping. Nothing. Not much to say. Pool and back garden very dirty. N/a. Nothing. Breakfast was suppose too be included and booked for breakfast at 07.00 At 07.30 we left and there was still no staff too even start preparing breakfast. none. Dstv channels 2 b activated.improve meals in quantity. well time spent is fair but maybe the time should be checking from 1 till 12 next morning. The dinning area was not cleaned when we arrived at 12:00, There was not enough coffee or milk in rooms. Breakfast service was poor, not enough bacon for one of our guests, tables were not cleaned, the assistant manager was not even properly dressed at 08:00. Will not stay there again. 1 day we had Wet Towels instead of clean/dry ones Staff not very knowledge about surrounding area. The website doesn't have bank details. The staff doesn't really know what is going on as we asked for bank details or a vat nr and they couldn't assist. The invoice is a hand written one and not very professional. and there is advertised that you can pay with a card but there is no card facilities. the floor of the room was old without a carpet,no bath thub or jacuzi,room and bath room were not baby friendly. Nothing. No kettle in the room No information on how to log onto the wireless Cannot contact anyone at night as they do not answer their phones. There was no bath soap. No phone to call for assistant. No specific office can consalt during the night. The breakfast served by ur time only, if i have early meetings o wont get it. No enough coffie in the rooms. Place need some maintenance. I would rate it maybe two star. Remote held together with cellotape? Batteries probably flat as well. Some water leakage in bathroom. Broken tile in bathroomput back and patched. Breakfast room not private from kitchen. Full breakfast served too late. Would prefer breakfast to be served from 06h30 onwards. Bathroom,hate shower in bath set up. The staff for breakfast lacked training. Owner needs to be more hands on with running of B&B. No tv for one night and only one channel the next night,very poor as we stayed 3 night'S. 1. I was asked to pay in advance to garantee my booking despite that on ur website it was showing that I have to stay & then to pay. 2. after i paid & sent proof of payment via e-mail, i did not receive any confirmation despite that i requested it. my e mail was answered only 6 days after, 3. a free wi-fi was supposed to be available but it was not the case. worker stink, clothed badly , not prepared for the job, have no idea what we want,must be called to serve us,they serve something by is was not breakfast.owner was not avaliable. diddnt call back when we have lots of complaints. dont worry we will never ever be there again, so will our freinds. Breakfast poor Maintenance of the place poor No hairdryer anywhere. The towels are dull,could even use them.I expected soft one coloured towels.
