Everything was positive, especially the friendly and helpful staff. Everything I needed was provided and it was easy to get help and service. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower is especially lovely. I would stay in this hotel anytime again. - the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful

The staff- friendly and helpful from the outset-even before you enter the doors of the hotel.
The rooms were luxurious, tastefully furnished and very clean. The location was very convenient for shopping. All in all, a marvellous experience.

The staff was spectacularly attentive. They tried to adopt my 6 month old son and promptly set up a cot for him in our room. Our friend's room had a missing shower head and within minutes of arriving in his room, he received a call inquiring about the plumbing and moving him to another room. Kettle in room. Helpful staff allowed me a coffee & croissant in the
bar rather than spending 180 rand for a breakfast I didn't want.
Excellent lighting - at last a chain which appreciates people want
decent light to live by. Good shower overhead and hand held. Can open
windows. Very near Gautrain station and Sandton square and safe to walk.
