  From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

  Candice, one of your travel agents/assistants, went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and all our tour arrangements were completed...She is a treasure for V&A! We could not have been happier wioth our choice of hotel, and would stay there again should we visit.

  Absolutely perfect location. Best location in Waterfront - set slightly above waterfront so has stunning views and feels like a preaceful haven, but is only a 2 minute walk down to all the action. The hotel itself is lovely with beautifully designed bedrooms and gorgeous grounds.   We liked the friendliness of the staff.   We stayed for 6 nights in 'deluxe one-bedroom suite with living area'. The hotel location is at the centre of the city, European design hotel and very comfortable and clean. We had a spacious one bedroom with dining-living room area and kitchen facilities (microwave,oven, washer-dryer); and very nice two-sides view. The free internet access (1024 MB) given to us was enough for the whole stay since w - First class luxury at a reasonable price. All four of us agreed this was the best hotel we ever stayed at. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the doormen to the concierge to the drivers. The 1800 restaurant had delicious food for dinner.
