The friendliness treat of the owner and staff. Relaxing and without the impersonal hassles of the average hotel. They were there at the background to give me anything I would like but they did not impose on me. Comfortable and excellent facility. Beautiful lodge, in the middle of durbanville, with friendly staff, good size rooms, very clean, and very helpful staff. Well looked after and loved. They could improve on their breakfast options but I will certainly stay again, thank you.
kaikki arvostelut » The owner and staff are great people. One really feels "at home". Nothing is too much trouble. The place is quiet. Rooms are spacious. Beautiful gardens. WiFi works. Secure. Really really nice. The room was perfectly furnished for a guest house. Everything was new and good quality. Having a fridge in the room was most useful. It was a very comfortable stay. Location was central and access to highways to Cape Town, airport and Stellenbosch was good. On a quiet suburban street set in a pretty garden. Friendly service, very comfortable, tranquil neighbourhood yet convenient access to winelands and coastline. The ambiance of the place is amazing and the room very stylishly decorated. Would stay there again. Beautiful, tranquil garden. Professional, courteous but not intrusive owners. Very comfortable. Clean, comfortable room and lovely bathroom, friendly staff and calm & relaxed atmosphere. it was very homely, very tidy and very welcoming. including the iron and the ironing board. Beautiful gardens, nice facilities, friendly and accommodating staff. The location, the friendly hosts and the beautiful decor. Oh my gosh the place was fantastic, clean and tidy. Warm welcome and friendly people Felt like am home. Easy to find, nice location, helpful staff. The only thing I was missing was a comfortable chair in my room. When you come 'home' it would be nice to not to have to sit at the desk...... But that is the only thing that is missed..... Would like a little more fruit at breakfast but I imagine I like more fruit than most people. Nothing. (Having a little microwave would have been nice but isn't essential). Noise carried from office next door, and this was addressed with the owners who have undertaken to remedy the situation. -. Our stay wasn't longer. I got badly bitten by a spider. not any fault of he owners. Just one of those things. My room was a bit small but it suited my needs. The lack of aircon and hair dryer, and the pillows. No phone for communications with the Mr Delivery. We had a bike race on sunday and asked when breakfast would be served, they said at 8 (which was already quite late for us as we needed to start at 10), but when I arrived at 8 nothing was ready. The room was very basic for the price.
