The staff were always very helpful. When we asked for something the request was dealt with immediately and correctly.Friendly staff and clean room. The room was quite spacious and very clean. I liked the convenience and the location because we only stayed one night.

Safe environment with proximity to the shopping mall which also saves on transport. The atmosphere againt the waterfront backdrop. Staff was helpful. Room was clean. The reception gentle man did come to see our room after the second complaint and offered us to use another room. That was generous.The fact that when there was power cut (Monday 30th June) nothing is provided to provide light. There should at least be some kind of lighting at least along passages and stairways. I stayed at 5th floor and it was very scary walking up the stars with my small phone providing light and having to walk the 5 flight of stairs back to Reception area when my card couldnt open the door. The sink outside the bathroom. We found that a bit awkward.pricing, eg breakfast and drinks...We were in Room 504 from Saturday leaving Monday morning. The hotel advertise wi-fi, but it is not working. The tv went blank at 16h00 - it was the cricket world cup final!! and the Lions plaid against the Reds!! The aircoditioning did't work!! All this was reported to Ghomotso the manager. She moved us to room 314 sunday night - the tv was snowy. The aircon was functional. . The Internet service is rubbish. The way it is sold is unacceptable. Should also have a volume category, irrespective of time. Capacity and speed were totally unsatisfactory.Our room was not cleaned for two days in a row even though, we did not leave a do not disturb sign on the door. Each time the computer showed that it was cleaned. Whoever is doing the checking on the rooms is not doing his/her job. I had to ask for new towels, beverages each time. The breakfast rate is high and i suggest you look a the rates once more. Avail morning papers in your sitting areas.The room was`t clean,mugs,teaspoons with coffeemarks on. Empty milk containers. I asked for nonsmoking room, people smoked on the 1 floor, thestaff didn`t made sure about it, they are non friendly and nonhelpful.
