Highly recommended!
Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home.

Clean, comfortable and in an excellent part of Cape Town. The area is safe enough to walk around and just up the road from the sea front. Burt, who is the owner is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.

It is easily accessible by car to Table Mtn., the V&A waterfront, and all the highways-40 minutes to Stellenbosch, half that to Cape Town International Airport; walking distance to the Community Gardens and 40+ restaurants. One of the best hotels I staied. View is amazing, very cozy room. At the first minute we felt like home. Good collection of books, there is even a coffe machine for exspressor. The architecture and the furniture, neo-vitorians, keep a strong caracter, in a very charming neighboodhoud situated in a hill turned to the ocean. Hosts Catherine, Craig and Michael, always efficient, kind and available, make a great team. It is fair to say that Michael's breakfasts were one the highlights of my stay in Cape Town.
