The staff were absolutely charming. They could not do enough for us. And Maribor was a complete revelation. We really loved the city and the hotel was a good place from which to do this. Thanks too for the use of a parking spot for our car.

Located in a quiet area away from busy streets though only a 5 minute walk from the Bus and Train stations and the city centre. I've stayed here before and it was nice that I was in the computer system and the receptionist welcomed me back. -
Good breakfast (we are vegan and there was a good choice of cereals, fruits and soy milk)
The gentleman at the reception, Sac, (hope this is the correct way to write his name) helped a lot and beyond his duties acting as concierge. Thanks!

I really liked the hotel. The room was relly light and spacious with the magnificent view on pond with ducks.
The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, and it didn't bother them at all when we asked about excursions or restaurants nearby. Every time we got full and satisfactory answers to all our questions.
There's a nice restaurant right in the hotel where you can try delicious pizza which is really cheap.
Also the hotel is close to the ski lift and provides the discount on ski passes wh
