  We loved this hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and close to the MRT, bus routes and Clarke Quay. Although the room was small, it was clean.   Very convenient for everything, especially Chinatown which we loved. 5 mins walk to the metro- perfect with children - Proximity to river and China town good. Staff very helpful and was offered an upgrade. Chose the hotel as I had stayed at the other Furama before and was very impressed by it.

  The hotel was excellent for the money. My room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated.The staff was very kind and warm. The location was also awesome but what impressed me the most was the attention to little details. For example; I didn't need to call the reception to get a dental kit, it had already been provided for me in my room. Our flight was late at night and we could store our luggage and they even offered us to take a shower before we left for the airport! This is a great service that I have not yet experienced.

  Location was very nice, near Clark Quay, there's a shopping store just next to the hotel, taxi stand right next door. The pool was a surprise, didn't expect to have that nice pool for the price. The two bedroom apartment was large enough to accomodate me and my friends of 5 plus the built in laundry/dryer, kitchen and living room. To my surprise, the management sent a birthday cake to my room! Completely unexpected, and a really elegant touch.   The hotel is great! It is situated on a small hill, which is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, it is nearby to the MRT station and some very nice food stalls. - The staff are all very friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are a little small but very well equipped and clean. I received a very good price for this nice hotel, probably because the hotel is new and after only 3 months not yet fully booked.

  We stayed here 3 nights. It's 10 minutes walking from the MRstation 'Clarke Quay', but they are building a closer station. Our room was not so spacious, but clean. We slept very well because of a good bed, we love hard matresses. You can obscure the whole room at night. Our view was not beautiful, but it didn't matter to us.
