  A hotel within a country club The well maintained Residence is located on the third floor of a country club in town, and comprises of 26 rooms and 2 suites, facing either the Padang (cricket lawn) or the city. The swimming pool which is located at the corner of the basement, which feels like a pond within a cave. There was a fair bit of traffic noise as our room overlooked the front road...mainly seemed like background type noise and didn't disturb our sleep. Somewhat odd room.
