It was a perfect experience, staff were very professional made our stay at the hotel unforgettable, and welcome us by wonderful and fresh basket of fruits, and they even upgraded my room to a suite, and seeking to make us more satisfied. You need only to increase SAR 25 to the room rate to enjoy the variety, international and delicious breakfast at the wonderful restaurant. They dont have buffet breakfast. 1- the carpet wasn't that clean but ok. 2- the beds was small but ok and comfy 3- breakfast buffet wasn't that good, my advise order your breakfast in room. *the breakfast buffet for one person per room. No vegeterian options for breakfast except raw veggies and fruits. Lift is taking too long to pick you up or down. The cafe down at the lobby has the worst food and service I've ever had in my life. nothing to dislike in my point of view. Breakfast (buffet type) did not have enough options. Gym could be more extensive, and a more western breakfast offering, but I will definitely be going back!. I orderd a dinner food was good but it was not warm enough. slow internet. Smoking smell everywhere, in a disgusting way. Very limited variety... I stayed in room no: 508, it was a very good room, neat and clean. Bathroom was clean too. But when i stayed again in room no: 311, it was stinking with bad smell coming from bathroom. Even bedsheets were not clean, seems they missed to change. I was shocked to see such a contrast. So to conclude, stayed two times in this hotel and had a one bad experience and one good experience. This is a bad ratio....... Gym needs improvement. You should open the Gym by morning 6 AM. The smell in the room was awful. These is a serious sewer drain problem at this hotel. My toilet would not flush during my entire 4 day stay. I talked to the front desk staff about it numerous times, yet it was never fixed properly. I originally planned to stay for 10 days. I checked out after 4 days, in complete disgust and frustration. Smell of Tobacco all over the corridors and lobby. Mixed smokers, non smokers floor, lack of hot water for late night shower and early morning shave. Staff play with food price - I have prove...!. Reception staff especially while we were. Checking out. breakfast is very ordinary, cleanliness is average. 1. persisting unpleasant odor in the bathroom coming from the drains. While in my room it was unpleasant enough, a colleague of mine had to move out as it was unbearable and the maintenance staff was not able to do anything about it i more than 3 days 2. wifi in the room continuously kept cutting in and out 3. breakfast buffet was stale and not a good value for money. Nobody answer the phone at the Hotel! the service is poor, breakfast cost is too high for this type of Hotels. The service is very poor, I asked for a quite room, the guy at the reception gave me a room right to the construction of the next building. The breakfast is nothing good. And the worst is tha fact that is smell cigar everywhere as it is a smoking hotel. On Olaya there are much better places to go, and cheaper.
