Friendly staff and quick check in. Even they provide flexibility in check out times. There is some road work going on in front of hotel, i guess it will finish with in few months. The hotel staff was very cooperative. value for money. Staff are VERY freindly specailly moustafa. السعر مناسب معاملة جيدة من الموظفين. Staff response. Value for money.

For a change the elevator service was very fast. Bus service is available from hotel to haram. 1. Location of the hotel is good. 2. Staff was very much cooperative. Find hotel basement parking. Near to haram. Large rooms. Value for money. مطاعم و بقالات حول الفندق موقف كثيرة حول المكان. not too far to Masjid. nothing special. Cost. There was nothing in the hotel for me to like. Not really courteous. Hotel is not maintained. Loks like they are going to demolish the Hotel very soon. location. nothing. One of the bed have some nails coming out of it. The bedsheets were clean but old. mattress were not good in condition . Should be replaced. The hotel is 10 minutes far from haram, it is good value for money if you are young (NOT Eldelry) and you can walk and you ar3e looking for cheap place. NO TV in the room. Bus service for Prophet's Masjid not being run despite availability. Location having many road diversions due to construction work. Road blockade due to major construction resultant detours No dinning facilities or availability of good restaurant nearby. A bit of a long walk to haram 10+ mins. (Bus service is available). 1. Need to improve a bit the standard of washrooms eg there should be a glass partition between shower taking place and other area of washroom. 2. Wash room on the first floor needs improvement. 3. Chairs should be available in each room. Presently it is located in construction Area. Accessibility complicated due to construction around. Poor house keeping Reaching hotel was a problem as most of the roads are under renovation in Madina! If visitors are guided throug a updated route it can b big use On web it was mentioned that a sitting room is attached with bed room but on ground only one room living room was there. اعمال طرق حول الفندق الغرف ليست على نفس المستوى. حظك نصيبك!. internet service is week in the rooms, no dry clean service, no restaurant. nothing special. The housekeeping team need to pay more attention,more facilities could have been added like restaurants and room service. There was a problem of hot water in the bathroom. I don't know whether it was just confined to my room. I lodged a complaint but the next morning found out it was still the same. I had 2 take a shower with water suddenly turning cold on me. bathroom was not clean. sink was blocked. no technician was available. no toiletairies were available. receptionist was uncooperative. Carpet very old, Cockroach, not clean, housekeeping service very bad, smell very bad..., bottom line its in a very poor condition and need renovation and need good and professional staff. staff behave is not good, in the room there is no even towel or tissue paper, no glass,mini bar is out of order,bed sheet & pillow cover is dirty, main lobby area is very miss up and dark no hose keeping service we are waiting at reception more then of 45 mints for check in,.
