Excelent I loved this hotel .Hotel Manager Mr. Abaza is very kind and helpful. We didnt get chance to cash our dollar he gave a good amount of time to pay hotel rent. Free internet in every room shutle service is good but makkah traffic is in ramadhan time is very bad rather you walk slowly with family is took 20 min. InsAllah next ramdan i'll reserve this hotel again. Another important thing I went with my friend we reserve hotel for six days but my friend had a flight 2 in the morning that wa.
kaikki arvostelut » Excellent over all service. Office manager Mr. Abaza was very polite, helpful and always willing to help. This hotel has shuttle service during the salah times. Incase if you have to walk it takes about 20 min. which my kids were able to do with us. From haram to the hotel you can also take SAPTCO bus (orange color) which cost only 2 riyals and stops in front of the hotel if you let the bus driver know. Free Internet is available even in your own room and Wi-Fi signal was very good. I stayed during the holy month of Ramadan. Here are the things I liked: 1. Great customer service. Specially office manager Mr. Mohammad Abaza was very helpful and always willing to help. 2. Shuttle service during Salah time. 3. Free Internet in the room and lobby. 4. About 20 min walk to the Haram. Also, you can take SAPTCO bus (orange color) on the way back to the hotel. Cost 2 riyals. 5. Excellent cancellation policy. The staff is very helpful. Mr. Majid Al- Lihyani was very nice and professional in dealing with the guest. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I appreciated the assistance in getting excellent internet services. clean, close to Haram, friendly staff even they checked me in @3am without charging extra night. i think it is teh best hotel in Mecca for such a price even the room is better the four-star Nawai Watheer. They cant communicate other than arabic at all. The shuttle service is regular to and from Herem but less frequent than some other hotel. The name of the hotel appears different from Booking. com. The name is AL Badar Palace hotel not Nawazi Badar palace. There are lot of flies around the premises. Its better to eat outside than eating at the hotel restaurant. The name of the hotel (Albadr Palace Hotel) different from the one has seen on letsbookhotel.com. Incase you miss the bus, one will have to walk 1km from Haram to the hotel especially when you are tired after observing the Tarawih prayers. Not very good service. location very difficult to get staff not helping with directions staff do not answer phone when in need. Wash room was too small -Distance from Haram is far. it is > 30 min walking or driving. The internet advertisement that its 5min from Haram Sharif was distorting adv - its more than 20min walk. Bus service is not good, poor level of transportation. Needs to be improve. No bus available for pick and drop, when needed. _The staff weren't respectful. _The room stinks cigarettes. _the parking is available only for 5 cars. When i came at night one was blocked by the staff. The other one I was going to park, he came and told me it has been booked for the manager??!!! _the bathroom is clean, but the toilet is very close to the shower, which means it's possible to slip one day. The hotel location is very bad specially if you have a car. Front desk staff in the evening not honest. English knowledge zero. No parking, bus schedule to Haram is not accurate, the name on the board was different; it was written Qasr Albadr Hotel, we passed the hotel two times and we didn't know it is Nawazi Badr. everything. There transport system is not good at all,you always trek to haram... They don't have stand by generator in case of electricity failure even they don't have emergency lights. 6 hours no electricity....means no lifts no light no cooling system in the hottest city of the world. My room mate got hospitalized due to use of stairs as we were on 6th floor. The room was narrow. The bath room was not clean. The tiles were broken. This is a very bad hotel I did not understand why booking is having this hotel in its website. The staff was uneducated, unprofessional, and not helpful too. The bath room was very bad too. Bad service. I was located to a different room not the one I have choose. Wifi wasnt working. Room didnt smell good. Bed wasnt comfortable. Bed cover is made of nilon. No water presure in the bathroom shower. Dirty and Bad location. Hotel Electricity went off middle of the night till the morning. Bad receptionist.
