Very competent receptionists. The location is superb ! All technical facilities worked perfectly, just as I am used to find it in IBIS-Accorhotels. I was very enjoyed by the reconstruction and reuse of this historical building. The breakfast (not included in the room rent, could be chosen in the very last moment) was very good and multi-faceted. What was astonishing for me was the children-friendliness of the hotel.

Reception was fast and easy, the room (including bathroom) was as good as any Ibis, i.e. clean and efficient if smallish and with no pretensions of being luxurious. The hotel was surrounded by trees, and there was sufficient open parking on the hotel grounds. We like everything about this hotel. Staff is very polite. They have to solve any problem in 15 minutes, according to the hotel's flyer :) But you don't have problems in the hotel at all! The room was clear. Everything worked as it was supposed to. I stay in Ibis every time I visit Yaroslavl. Very nice hotel in the center of historical city with just 2 minutes walk to Kreml, Volga and Kotorosl rivers. Good place to stay for leisure or business. Nice location in the center of yaloslavl,near to every place. Beside the hotel have many bars. The staffs are friendly. The rooms are so comfortable and clean! We enjoyed our travel. Location is perfect, own parking, friendly and ready-to-help staff, very good breakfast, perfect restraunt, choice of smoking and non-smoking rooms, excellent value for money. But this is not meant as a serious critique. Nothing. Standard well-run Ibis. It would be nice if it were a kettle in the room :). If you have business trip, don't forget to ask them for invoice when you checking out, they won't remind you about it, so you could easily leave hotel without documents for your report!!!. We ordered the rooms with nice view to city, but in fact the view is not so beautiful . Bathroom wasn't very clean with a strange smell, water was hadly pouring out. Room slippers could have come handy but we failed to see any:)). Lack of well-trained staff, suspicious people around. The main issue we faced was that we should have had a passport to check-in. My driving license and credit card were not ok for receptionist to check-in due to very strange Russian law. We had to wait 1 hour to solve the problem, but it was made in very rude manner from the receptionist. So, please be prepared to have your passport with you and to unfriendly staff. Missed pan-cakes at the breakfast. nothing. small bathroom poor snack bar. breakfast only until 11am. would appreciate late breakfast. It was a little bit cold for me, but my friend said it was ok for her. Breakfast and it was a very cold in room. You should explicitly add a comment "twin" or "double" while order via letsbookhotel.com. Food at the cafe is aviable only until 11 pm. Very cold in the room. nothing. Nothing. Nothing :). No parking. Coffee. The hotel would benefit from having a restaurant in the evenings, even with a limited menu. Expensive breakfast. Bad and expensive breakfast, cold in the room in February, wi-fi did not work. No covers on the beds, air-conditioning only worked for cooling, doors are not sound-proof whle the wall are.
